Interim Consulting Services and “Assignments’ The Challenging Approach”
Eberhardt Rues’ Interim Consulting Services cover a broad array of topics aiming toward “Sustainability, Education, Change, Social Responsibility and Innovation.” Following is a summary of topics for short, mid and/or long term consulting.
Based on Rues’s philosophy the consulting focuses on both “the dual education system” and “train the trainer.” Rues if requested shall perform several assignments; staff or managers can participate and team up within the specific projects. The following list of assignments serve as a guide, one or several topics can be performed within the consulting assignment:
· Risk and Crisis Management: Reactivation, turn around, safety and security plan, training, and barter systems.
· General Management: Management by Example, transition and managing change.
· Integrated Eco-Hotel Management: Eco-Marketing, training, design, implementation and development.
· Eco-Tourism Destination Development: Design, implementation and development, and marketing.
· Food and Beverage Management: Managing change and innovation. Training for multiple tasks performance within the F&B department.
· Sustainable Project Management Team: Co-design and co-development with focus toward “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design,” (LEED) oriented projects of international standards.
· Human Resources – Personnel Management: Dual education system and training.
· Cruise Ships (Hotel Operation): Hotel Manager’s vacation replacement, for traditional hotel operation in conjunction with training and integrated environmental management system.
· Continuous Education Programs: Partnering with universities/hotel schools.
· Community Eco-Agro Tourism Development: Capacity Building, toward “Working Together” and creation of "Private, Public Partnerships" (PPP) in both developing and industrialized countries.
